I will never stop supporting Lina Khan. Her tenure at the FTC has accomplished more in the past four years than the past four decades.
The bar had been set that low, huh? She kept trying and failing. No monopolies were broken up. Marketplaces continue to freely compete against vendors. The next administration will quickly reverse anything she's set in motion.
It must suck to be someone who - given any sign of good progress - assumes the inevitability of defeat.
Some of these attempts to build better & establish a reasonableness may survive. Even if the current ruling party at present looks like abusive plutocratic antagonists, it doesn't mean they'll fully dismember every win, and it doesn't mean we wouldn't build back an anti anti-social economics again even if they do regress us.
