This is every recipe site these days. It’s frustrating beyond belief when you just wanted to look up the ratio of water to flour in pizza dough or eggs it was in your favorite bread recipe that you have to swim through an ocean of adds and read through how someone’s fake grandmother used to live in norther Italy and all this crap just to get to the actual content you where looking for.

And while you’re looking at the ingredients the page crashes and refreshes (I like to look at recipes on an iPad), scrolling you back to the top and you have to start over.

Once in a while I look over the shoulder of a random person and see their browsing experience that is completely unusable: banners, popups, prompts... Was especially shocking to see what watching videos on YouTube is like today, worse than what I remember TV used to be. Have been using ad blockers for such a long time that this satire is not even relatable. uBlock and the adblockers before that really saved my brain…

YouTube Premium is worth the money IMHO.

IMHO ChatGPT-4o is well worth the $59.99 yearly cost.
