Speaking of Microsoft, did you all cancel your Microsoft GitHub Copilot subscription yet?

If not, did you check out 14.q.iii. of the services agreement?

Cuz that means you can’t share your code or use it for AI if copilot was involved in its creation, making copilot output effectively toxic waste.

But I don't (actively) use my code for AI.

If someone finds my Copilot-assisted code on GitHub and uses it for AI, I think it's more his problem, not mine?

iii. Limits on use of data from the AI Services. You may not use the AI services, or data from the AI services, to create, train, or improve (directly or indirectly) any other AI service.

That has nothing to do with your code that you got help from copilot with. Are you referring to a different section? I didn’t see one that says anything like what you claim.
