It sounds like they’re walking the dogs on a basically public nature trail that runs through Prince’s property. In which case, in the abstract, I am fine with dogs being off leash. I used to have a dog and totally get how nice it would be not to worry about leashes, but human safety has to come first.

#13If I had a dollar for every "friendly" dog that jumped or lunged at me or my wife while running or cycling even when leashed where the owner was shocked (shocked!) at pooch's behavior, I'd have a decent sum. Nowhere near enough to live in Park City though. :-) So hard to tell from this he said/she said account who is in the wrong. Definitely a slow news day.
I don't understand people who think dogs are harmless.
I do think aggressive, menacing behavior from dogs should be treated as seriously as similar human behavior would be.
