The west is shaking because Brazil is part of the BRICS? Do they want to un-BRICS them? Too big? Let's split? I heard they feel the same about the USA

It's the only one which never developed nuclear weapons or ballistic missiles. It's the only one without a real space program. It's not even got much of an economy these days. Brazil is basically the world's soy farm and natural resources depot.
Russia too though it's more natural gas and oil than farm and they got nukes and a dying space program.
Brazil officially have a space program though it's very modest. And Brazil supposedly was secretly developing nukes.

Brazil was included in the BRICs because at the time commodities were booming and Brazil was an important commercial ally. And despite all Brazil still is a top 10 economy with a bigger GDP than Russia.
