Fastmail is great. I use them for pretty much all of my mail. A bit perplexed about why this is only for new accounts. Maybe they’re gathering data on how people use the offerings before potentially losing customers by messing with existing ones. I also get the vibe that they’re targeting the average person more than normal, specially with the Spotify-like subscription terminology used.

Fastmail is a smaller company, focused on email and calendars, but it does it well and you’re unlikely to be subject to random algorithm nukes and having to sit through the nonexistent Google support channels. The more folk that get out of Gmail the better. Google has too much power there, and controls your entire online life by controlling your email. Super statement! Thank you. Fastmail does also have contacts within their portfolio and you can manage own (static) websites with their service. They do really have a great feature set. They're the developers of JMAP (with great features for now and in future), they do have Masked Mails built-in and much more. Overall a great service!

Oh, yeah. I use the masked emails with 1Password. Super convenient
