#17cloudflare comes off as absolutely cowardly in this: they don’t even have the person’s manager on the call, they claim it’s a personal performance issue but when pressed it’s actually the whole department getting canned. It’s a bad look
Though maybe her manager is getting canned too and either didn't want to make those calls or they didn't want him on those calls.
