No one's getting fired for showing support to Palestinian civilians.
Some people are losing job offers for showing support to Hamas terrorists.
It's advisable to maintain a separation between those things if you care about the fate of Palestine or civilians. If you conflate Palestinians with Hamas, you are condemning all Palestinians as terrorists. If you support civilians you are naturally against terrorists who use them as human shields.

I tend to thinkg that termination of all communication services for 2.2 million people under siege, including their ability to call emergency services, is kinda worthy of discussion.
But I guess netblocks gets hundreds of comments on this website only if some country blocks some US tech company's website specifically, and not just the whole internet:

No, because there needs to be Starlink receivers on the ground and Gaza is still under a brutal Israeli siege with nothing coming in or out. They also don’t have the regular power to run a receiver.
