the current running narrative is that he explicitly financed himself. anyhow, those money we going to paying various salaries, etc. so if those transfers wouldn't be approved then israel would have been blamed for making people go hungry because salaries can't be paid. in fact it (blaming) did happen

it's a loose-loose game
