Extraterritoriality? If you sell something in the EU (or Asia, or Australia etc) you have to abide by their laws. Just because the company is headquartered somewhere else doesn't absolve them of that

I agree that the EU has no buisness telling US what to do or vice versa. But we can regulate our market as we see fit.
So Apple can just withdraw if they don't like the local rules.

Recently they added possibility for other browsers to "Add page to Home Screen".
But this shortcut later opens in Safari...

#18About time. Never understood how apple seemed immune to this when the likes of Google and Microsoft were targeted for their monopolistic behaviour.
Because Apple holds no monopolies unless you trivialize the definition to include virtually everything.

Without compromising any of the security or privacy Apple cares to defend. There's words to mince here, but they're not in Apple's defense.
