It would be more accurate to say that they have been more aggressive in preventing third party observers to track CSAM on twitter:

Starlink is neat and has a noble aim, though as currently (and foreseeably) implemented it won’t be serving that goal at all; it is an expensive service with high upfront costs and no availability in regions most in need of either coverage in general (the majority of the African continent) or rural areas (for which SpaceX receives considerable funding for). It’s also raised concerns about a crowded sky, but that’s for someone more informed to chime in on.
And as per the brain chips, the rate of dead research monkeys should tell you that they won’t be going anywhere with that. If you know anyone in biomedical research, you should talk to them about that: you’ll be amused.
