Joe Biden is clearly declining health wise. Could he win again, absolutely. But he could also get worse quickly a few months before the election. Imagine debates where he can't remember anything. There are dems who want to replace him (Gavin Newsome so desperately) but no one with a possible future will risk taking him on.
