Standard Notes. Can't recommend it enough. Does one thing well, and uses encryption unlike other offerings like Evernote. I revisit it every two weeks or so to make sure I executed on my TODO lists. I'm often surprised at how much I manage to get done in two weeks.
I tried standard notes. That app.image kept crashing on opensuse. not sure what the deal was. It looks great. I had really high hopes for it.
