I imagine that if you get a significant number of users you will be able to figure out which use cases are most popular and worth focusing on. The real estate implementations are nice but to be honest the functionality provided right now by those templates don't seem sufficient to make many people willing to pay for it. Yes, that's probably right. The Real estate management is just inspired from a simple app I used here. My use of it (2 properties only) would actually fall under the free quotas of the platform, maybe 10€/year max for the photos of the move-in inspection. There's probably a lot we could add in there !

I mean this in the most constructive way possible: that pricing page is wildly overcomplicated. Most enterprise products have less confusing pricing than this. Nobody is going to figure this out; I really think you should go back to the drawing board on the pricing structure and aim for simplicity.
