After many years of remote working and being mostly "always on", I have recently started a somewhat strict 9 - 3 working day. No weekends. Definetely more productive now, but maybe is due to greater focus and discipline on my part.
8 hours a day required by company
Probably work closer to 5.
If someone needed a grumpy old pascal programmer, that number could increase somewhat. ;-)

Are you salaried or do you bill?
Now I (try to) run my own company, but most importantly I want to spend more time with my family.
0 - I've been sick since last March, (long covid?!?) a few minutes of physical activity, and I have to rest for an hour or two. I'm no longer physically fit enough to make gears. If someone needed a grumpy old pascal programmer, that number could increase somewhat. ;-)
