#12I am learning how the audio stacks in Windows and Linux work. I plan to create a simple library to play sound on both platforms (like RTAudio/PortAudio but simpler). I am using C/C++ to program the library while learning essential concepts.

Nice post yesterday about the next generation Linux audio system. I've been using Pipewire on my desktop for a while and it's been working well. https://venam.nixers.net/blog/unix/2021/06/23/pipewire-under...
BTW I use Fedora 34, and PipeWire works flawlessly for screen-sharing and Bluetooth audio :^)

#20Working in 3D has opened my eyes to new possibilities. I believe that having skills in 3D will become very important over the next five years with adoption of mixed reality hardware.
