I would prefer a rebus version, where I circle pictures of Joe Quimby, the letter E, a "C," a wrist, and an arrow soaring over a target. Everyone loves rebuses, right? They're at least due for a comeback. My co-founder and I have a running joke where we surprise potential investors by announcing we're pitching a rebus-based Twitter instead.

That could be surprisingly popular. Easier to decipher than textspeak too.

Hopefully immune to social media optimisation, too!

A more accessible alternative is butcher paper. You can buy it in enormous rolls that will last a lifetime, and draw/write whatever decoration the event requires.

On the other hand, you have to write or draw whatever decoration the event requires.

"F'in Genius" is certainly editorializing the title. Please don't.

I flagged it for that reason. F'in annoying.

I did too, and I'm almost sorry I said anything because comments like mine don't add anything and usually amount to karma whoring.

Still, I thought it was an interesting idea and would rather the submitter know why the article was flagged so that he (or she) would continue to post interesting things, but with more accurate titles.

Or just leave it blank and keep with the whole minimalist theme.
