hmm, do you find the basic http://www.question2answer.org/qa/ theme as bad? What do the other ones not offer? I like the idea of having due-diligence on startup questions... like what YC partners do..
First of all, build a custom theme. Downloading a pre-built Q&A PHP script and throwing it up on your server takes virtually no skill/work and visitors can sense this lack of effort within milliseconds of the first page loading... Also, how is your site better than the YC area of Quora, for example?
