I came here to post that I was happy there was a transcript, because I abhor video interviews — I'd rather scan for information that interests me.

The audio interviews give you a chance to really absorb what the person is saying.

Because it's slower than reading the transcripts, I can think of how to apply the new ideas while they are talking.

Same. Prefer text or audio. I can speed-read text, or continue working while listing to audio. Video monopolizes both my time and control of the info rate.

Ah so thats whats up. I was wondering why I had heard/seen so little of mixergy on HN recently.

Now that you talk about it, I've actually watched very few of the live interviews but I think the live interviews due to the time sensitivity would hit the #1 story quite often and thus kept mixergy's name fresh in my mind.
