I don't think the author sold this very well at all. Parts of the text have merit but overall there's nothing really new at play.
No, we are not selling this component, at least not selling it separately.
This component is only a small part of our application platform which contains over 1k components in it (http://baiy.cn/doc/asp_whitepaper_en.pdf).
And the platform itself is only the infrastructure of our products and solutions. That's what we sold.
