#2The author's last book was a complete fabrication of the MIT Blackjack Team's escapades. The real life counterparts from that book pointed out multiple scenes from the work that never occurred and direct quotes that were completely made up. The author defended himself by saying, "The idea that the story is true is more important than being able to prove that it’s true." Minispeak, if I've ever heard it. Ick.
This book will be sensationalist entertainment posing as non-fiction. It will probably be a good read, as Bringing Down The House was, but it had nothing to do with the reality of the situation, and it will serve to further distance the current image of the web entrepreneur from reality.
