Yeah, it is interesting to me that it is coming from the _city_'s government. I've seen sovereign AI things at the country level, but this is the first municipal one I have seen.

#5I've met some of the IT team of the city government of Rio de Janeiro years ago, before LLMs were a thing. They were already doing state-of-the-art data science projects. Glad to see how far they've gone.

Correct. They theoretically updated the open weight version to the capabilities of the latest closed weight one.
