#4Is that surprising ? The merger doesn't make any sense at all. Everybody knows it's a bailout and Musk's empire is running out of money - it's almost the last attempt to save it. He still has 2 more jokers left - SpaceX IPO or merge SpaceX with Tesla. But the writing is already on the wall.

If I thought that AI was going to change the world, and I found out that my AI company was instead going to be used to raise money to cross-fund something else that was failing, I might well leave too.

In the past I have attributed this to people being bad with numbers, but it is more and more apparent it is to hid the real meaning and push an agenda.
