A colleague happened to make the above statement. My English is good but I cannot really make out the meaning...can someone explain please :)

#2Well, if the original euphemism (when life gives you lemons, make lemonade) is a way of saying take what you've got and run with it, perhaps this is away of saying 'take what you've got, and pass it on'.
