#3The concept is really clever — kind of a visual, gamified resume board, which stands out in a sea of identical job platforms. But requiring payment to upload seems like a mistake at this stage. If the goal is virality and community, frictionless entry is key. Let people post for free, build critical mass, then monetize via premium placements.
