More than confidentiality agreements, this shows the current level of wacko that's currently accepted in tech elite circles.

I slightly question anyone who ever believed him when he said taking some daily supplements was really going to help him live for any extended period of time beyond normal life expectancy. His claims were always ludicrous and never based off fact. He was always going to age similarly to everyone else in the world.

The amazing bits are not in the title. Gotta read this one. Highlight: during 2022-24 while publicly claiming to have aged -5.1, internal metrics suggested he had aged +10 years.

Is this amazing, or just finally proof of something most people already knew, which was he has no ability to change his life expectancy bar being generally fit and healthy.

Scott Carney did a good video about Johnson's pre-publication attempted take down of this article - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bGgJ9-3Ha3o

Blueprint's own supplement didn't contain what they said they did when tested by 3rd parties - they now say all COAs are "coming soon" https://blueprint.bryanjohnson.com/pages/coas#certs

The guy is on a vegan low calorie diet while doing a ton of exercise, so basically constantly starving himself, which leads to plenty of inflammation. The consequent cellular aging he is experiencing due to the inflammation has to be higher than for the typical person.
