Show HN: Real-time GPT-4o photo/video/voice chat

Built a small demo that shows how real-time video/photo/voice chat with GPT-4 vision capabilities could work.

While waiting for OpenAI to release similar functionalities in the app, i wanted to explore what's possible with the current APIs.

During several tests i became really bullish on this technology's potential for blind users. Great times ahead for them!
