Ask HN: What should be in a commercial deck for Enterprise clients?

Our product is a copilot AI for support teams, we are starting to get 5 to 7 demos booked per week, and we discovered that the Enterprise customers are the ones that are getting the most value from our product so I would like to level up our commercial deck.

I'll appreciate your comments and learnings on this.

The most common questions they ask about, listen to them, it's going to evolve anyway.

They Ask, You Answer is a good book, related, not about slide decks, but should help the funnel, and the deck nonetheless. It will help you turn the interactions and questions into answers, it will give you a process for doing this
