I wanted to evaluate software for 360 view software to create some virtual tours for apartments.
I registered myself at openhouse.app ( https://openhaus.app/ ) with an trial subscription. I had to deposit my credit card, after 30 days, they wil turn the trial subscription into a paid one.
After 30 days they charged me ( 52$ ). Another 30 days they charged me again. Since weeks, I have been trying now to cancel my subscription at openhaus.app . But i cannot, there is no possibility to do so. I tried to contact the openhaus.app geam ( mail, phone, insta ) without success.
I believe openhaus.app is a scam. There is nobody i ever reached. So i contact Stripe, Which is the paymente provider they use, to ask if they can stop my subscription but they cant.
I also report the site as scam at google.
I have already contacted my lawyer.
My question: do everyone knows how to handle situation like this, what can i do? Thank you!
