Slack staffers are 'gaming' the company's training platform to speed through

Is there anyone who doesn’t game these things? When I worked for big companies that had dumb training programs, I always clicked next, then turned back to my actual work until the next time the audio stopped (or whatever the equivalent of that behavior was for the given training).
