Many resources help people prepare for coding and system design interviews. Today I am excited to share a project that has been a journey of passion for me, an initiative aimed at helping people navigate one of the most nerve-racking aspects of job hunting — the behavioral interview.

As a hiring manager and an interviewee, I found a common struggle, the difficulty in narrating our experiences and achievements compellingly and concisely. Those moments when the interviewer says, "Tell me about a time when...." can be more daunting than any technical question.

Observing this, I spent years mentoring individuals and authoring books on job hunting and interview success, but I felt the need for a more interactive, immediate solution.
