Lithography-free reconfigurable integrated photonic processor

So does NVIDIA, ASML, & TSMC and/or the US Government have any plans on what happens when litho-less technology becomes mainstream?

Kind of makes the CHIPS Act funding also irrelevant if you don't need those sorts of fabs anymore since AI accelerators can all be made in these new types of photonic systems
