I highly prefer http://thecodelesscode.com to this, but this was a nice try.

By the way, when writing a koan, it would be wise to choose between a parable and a riddle. These seem to be trying to be both (short like a riddle, but more of a story like a parable) and aren't really succeeding (in my view) as a result.
