I've been following the recent layoffs and it made me curious how quickly companies would publish new job openings post-layoffs.
For example, Twilio 2 days ago announced they were laying off 1000+ people, and here they are opening a staff software engineering role a day later. I can't draw any reasonable conclusions, but I thought it was interesting data.
