#2Hank Williams are the opposite of the Star Trek movies: the odd numbered ones (Hank, Hank III) are a lot better than the even (Hank Jr).

#3Listening to I'm so lonesome as cracker blues makes for an interesting interpretation. Not just compositionally: has anyone checked his tuning by cents? I wonder if the "warble" might be due to real fifths and blue notes, as perceived against a standard-tuned band?

#5Oxford in this case refers to https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Oxford,_Mississippi, where you'll find Oxford University School, in contrast to the somewhat better known University of Oxford. There is a major university in Oxford, but it's the University of Mississippi, which is only marginally less confusing than Cambridge holding two world-leading universities, Harvard and MIT.

I was going to come out and defend Oxford and the Oxford American (Oxford is a rich and active literary mecca, and the Oxford American is a notable literary journal), but learned more strange and confusing facts: the Oxford American has actually been based out of Arkansas for years now!
