This is a highly controversial choice. Most artists and a lot of people (including many of its own users) are critical of the company.
However the music explorer in me can't help but feel gratified, every day.

I'm in a similar boat. Ever since Google Play Music went bust, it's been my go-to for better or worse.

#10GIT -- You have no idea how much better it is to be able to use git to push changes to a remote repository and have high confidence the copy is intact.
It is WAY better than a stack of floppy disks with the words Project Name / Backup mm/dd/yyyy on them.
