#4This appears very tech centric. Big legacy businesses and especially government, have gone insane over this stuff and are falling over each other to virtue signal about it. Maybe the whole thing was tech lead to some extent, but the ship is going to take a long time to turn around now.
Fundamentally this is about power, and there is so much new entrenched power created off the back of it that is not just going to be given up easily
