#3The headline is wrong and deceiving. The semiconductor part is 52 billion. Still a lot of graft and corruption for negligent management. They could have given them tax subsidies for capex investment for example instead of corporate handouts and payoffs to the Pelosi stock positions.

Putting aside the fact the HN title is completely different from the article title, I don't even see where $280B (in the HN title) comes from... There's a $250B mentioned in the article body, not a $280B.
