Job Responsibilities:
Manage the successful deployment of our system in restaurants:
• Coordinate installation of the E la Carte tablet system • Set up and troubleshoot wireless networks. • Work closely with restaurant staff to adapt our system for restaurant configurations • Train managers and staff to ensure successful adoption. • Monitor activity of our system in installed restaurants.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's, Associate's, or Master's degree along with a demonstrated proficiency in IT. • Working knowledge of wired and wireless networking. • Knowledge of DOS and/or UNIX/Linux command-line tools. • Restaurant staff/management experience and knowledge of Point-of-Sale systems are a plus.
