#8Are there any loopholes or bad behavior this might enable? Just something to keep in mind and consider, but on the surface I'd have to say that this does sound pretty good.

"This section shall not apply to a business entity that is subject to the act of December 21, 1989 (P.L.672, No.87), known as the Health Club Act" (in reference to disclosure of material changes to a service) What is it with health clubs?!

#10Surprisingly, the proposed bill exempts gyms and health clubs, which have some of the worst cancellation policies.
