What's the meaning of this negative commentary? Is HE known to be at the bottom? I have been using their DNS services for a decade and don't think I've ever experienced a problem. In fact I am impressed at what they offer for free.

Same here! Very happy with their free service, and they do support 2FA.

UI is minimal and gets everything done

Does Hurricane Electric run Windows DNS Server ??

I'd highly doubt it, but could be wrong. Perhaps someone on their team might be able to give more details, through one medium or another.
