We've been building a widget to collect feedback from customers, while allowing you to also show a roadmap of any features you plan to build.
The widget can be embedded on your own site, or you can choose to use the web version.
Here's an example of the web platform: https://feedback.frill.co. We've been using it to build our own product.

Customer feedback is a hard space to compete in - there’s a few players in this space.

Just came across this comment as I have built and launched a feedback widget as well. Why is it a hard space to compete? Yes, there are a few players there but I feel there’s room for everything if there’s a competitive edge and differentiation. Like any other product out there. Just curious if you have a specific experience in this space …
