If they are able to get companies to use video to demonstrate their products it would make product buying a little easier. I hope they succeed.

I think they should change the the Toyota Logo to the San Francisco Toyota logo in the "Trusted by these online stores" section. I first thought Toyota Motor Corporation was using their product and then realized it was a Toyota dealership. Seems slightly misleading.

Founders here. Any questions?

I was wondering if the organizations will still be responsible for capturing and producing the video themselves, or are you brokering a videographer to come and shoot?

EDIT: I just took a closer look at your site, and I noticed the "Creation Tools" section, so I may have answered my own question.

Great question. Actually we are exploring both options. We're finding that some retailers prefer for the former, some the latter.

How many videos will your ideal and/or average customer have on their website?

Hundreds, possibly thousands. Most retailers won't want videos for all their SKUs - only the ones for which a video can help the shopper decide whether to buy.

Very useful product. How did you get your first few customers?

Thanks. Cold 'walking'. We walked into local stores and pitched. It often took a bit of time to get to the decision maker, but once we did they were very enthusiastic.
