#4Anything "Watson" (together with 95% of that company - optimistically) is marred too deep in bureaucracy and yes men to do anything productive and innovative.

#9AI in general is very over stated. When it works it’s great, when it doesn’t (which is often) then you lose all trust in it.

#10I could be mistaken because it’s been a while, but I read that Watson’s diagnostic capabilities turned out to be mostly marketing and that eventually IBM ended up hiring teams of doctors to process the diagnosis requests that were coming into Watson.
