Do you assume, sitting down and talking to any of these folks; that they may want you to change your beliefs and manner of living, for some reason on some issue? Is it within the realm of possibility that they could offer you an insight that would improve your life?
But we're quite certain we have wisdom to offer them, even if we have the self restraint and understanding to hold our tongues.

#4I stopped reading at 'anti-semetic'[sic]. Because the article specifically calls out what the author terms the 'Back Row', that is, the uneducated, a bit more attention to spelling and grammar are called for.

No. Neither their paranoid delusional fantasies nor their refusal to vaccinate simply because "the elites" tell them to harbors any insight that would improve my, or anyone's life.
And turning the once fringe anti-vaccination movement into a mainstream political identity isn't going to improve society. It isn't going to "own the libs" or "stick it to the man," it's just going to kill people.
