I wonder how objective/subjective were the criteria for going to the hospital. I don’t meant to make fun of it but is there a chance that fewer patients either didn’t panic or simply didn’t care enough?

Is that really promising? Very close to margin of error if not within.

This mostly helps with avoiding hospitals. But didn't yet see studies to reduce mortality.

#8I wonder what rate of adverse effects will be considered acceptable for a drug administered to people known to have the virus? For vaccines, our tolerance seems very low. I suspect we don’t actually think prevention is better than a cure.

SSRIs are pretty serious, which is why you should probably just get vaccinated instead.
