I am a software developer by trade (10+ years). I am learning web design on my own at the moment but I believe I could improve more if I had someone to critique my designs, offer advice, etc.
What is the best way to find a mentor to help with something like that? I am willing to pay money, or trade my own time if they are interested in software development.
