No, they just don't use any non-essential cookies.

And, in a way, this is the standard by the fact that they are not required to show the banner if no non-essential cookies are being used :)

#9If they've gotten rid of 3rd party analytics, does this mean they're just using their own? Presumably session cookies count as "required", and could be used to track your actions at least on github.com.
