Bring questions, not conclusions is an interesting take. I usually like to bring solutions to my team but it makes sense that we should try to work through problems together.

Coming in hot with solutions might actually be a turn off..

I can see how bringing conclusions to the conversation would look like I'm telling you what to do as opposed to discussing options and how to improve.
