When they then famously were banned from accessing Google tech beyond AOSP, they stick to this previous policy instead of embracing open source software on their devices, supporting alternate ROMs like LineageOS or even making them the default instead of their seemingly average Android version.

#5Do they release such APIs so that the CCP won't need to put up so much infrastructure because subjects will analyse content on their own devices?
